This hybrid program combines high-intensity functional training circuits, explosive strength and power movements, and physique-sculpting exercises. This do-it-all program will ensure you build serious strength, boost your conditioning to new heights, and carve out a body that turns heads.
Program Details
Overall Duration: 14 weeks
Weekly Workouts: 5-6
This program generally follows a 4 days on, 1 day off ratio
Average Daily Workout Completion Time: 60-90 min
Must have access to: Full gym with functional training equipment and bodybuilding style machines.

I absolutely love the mixture of compound lifts and functional fitness that they incorporated into this program. This program is going to test you and you will get out of it what you put in so pushing yourself along with emphasis on recovery and nutrition is absolutely key. By the end of the program my compound lifts had increased by a minimum of 10 pounds. Furthermore, I gained my stamina back and was able to run 6 minute miles again. This allowed me to push through the intense workouts without feeling totally gassed like I did when I first started. At the time I was happy with my overall strength and conditioning levels, but I knew I needed to work on my body composition without sacrificing performance. The team at On The X absolutely delivered, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m now stronger and leaner than I’ve ever been. These workouts are difficult, so definitely keep that in mind as you start and don’t be afraid to scale back the intensity. This is my favorite program I have ever followed.
Also, When all of your clothes start fitting a lot tighter after about four weeks on this program, don’t worry, your dryer isn’t shrinking them, those are just gains!!"
