A U.S. Special Operations selection will challenge even the most prepared service-members. Due to the austerities ahead, it is vital that you prepare properly. With this selection prep program, the On The X team will ensure you are ready to Get Selected.
- Currently, this program has been used by individuals to pass RASP, SFAS, SMU support, SFAB, and French SOC selections.
- 16 - Week program designed to optimize your physical readiness for selection.
- Programmed de-load weeks and pre-selection taper weeks.
- Heart rate zone optimization information included.
- Nutrition and recovery guidelines.
Program Details
Overall Duration: 16 Weeks
Weekly Workouts: 6
Average daily workout completion time: 1 1/2 - 2 hrs (sessions can be broken into two-a-days)
Must have access to: Ruck w/ weight, major gym with standard equipment. A gym with a functional training area, like major military installations’ gyms would be ideal. Certain movements can be substituted in the event you do not have access to a specific piece of equipment.

Block 1 - General preparedness, strength and power, anaerobic capacity, MSK durability.
Block 2 - Strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance.
Block 3 - Cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, increased rucking, transferability is maximal.
