Aesthetic Athlete
Get ready to unleash your full potential with the Aesthetic Athlete (formerly Part Function, Part Looking Good) series! This hybrid program combines high-intensity functional training circuits, explosive strength and power movements, and physique-sculpting exercises. This do-it-all program will ensure you build serious strength, boost your conditioning to new heights, and carve out a body that turns heads.
Total Taclete
If you are a military professional, a LEO, or a first responder, your body is your most important asset. Whether you believe it or not, you are an athlete, and you should be training as one. Our Total TacLete program is built to optimize your performance while on duty. Expect to enhance your power output, work capacity, and cardiovascular endurance.
Side effects may include a sweet physique and compliments for being the most well rounded individual in your unit.
Iron Metcon
The Iron Metcon series is an X-Fit style program designed for the serious athlete looking to emphasize their strength and olympic lifts while incorporating intense functional style training. This program is designed for the functional fitness guru looking to get stronger, or the Olympic lifter looking to increase their conditioning. Moreover, this program will work wonders for our Military and LEO population due to the strength, force production, and intense conditioning it provides.
Get Selected
A U.S. Special Operations selection will challenge even the most prepared service-members. Due to the austerities ahead, it is vital that you prepare properly. With this strength & conditioning selection prep program, the On The X team will ensure you are ready to Get Selected.
Run, Ranger Run
Run Ranger, Run is a mid-distance run improvement program designed to increase your running capacity and cardiovascular endurance. Focused on building endurance, speed, and efficiency, the program incorporates varied workouts such as interval training, tempo runs, and long steady-state runs. Run, Ranger Run is will boost your 5-mile time and will bring your mid-distance running to the next level.
The Muscle Blueprint
The Muscle Blueprint program is focused on building an individual's physique through proven techniques. It incorporates core strength movements, attention to small muscle groups, set and rep schemes built to maximize hypertrophy, and exercise selection which will sculpt your body for a well rounded "aesthetic" physique.
Men's Lifestyle
This program is designed for those men who seek to improve their physique and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By utilizing big lifts, bodybuilding style accessories, and daily core exercises the Men’s Lifestyle program will ensure you look and feel great!
Booty Builder
Booty Builder is a targeted workout program designed specifically for women who want to enhance and sculpt their glutes. Focusing on strength, tone, and definition, the program features a combination of lower body exercises like squats, lunges, hip thrusts, and resistance band work, alongside core strengthening movements. Althought the program focuses on building the glutes, it provides a full-body training experience where you can expect to see gains and increased aesthetics throughout your entire body.

Push, Pull, Legs
The Push, Pull, Legs program is designed for those who enjoy to emphasize their upper body while still incorporating lower body a few times a week (nobody likes chicken legs). Olympic Accessory
