This program is designed for those women who seek to improve their physique and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By utilizing big lifts, bodybuilding style accessories, and daily core exercises the Women’s Lifestyle program will ensure you look and feel great!

Program Details

Overall Duration: 8 weeks

Weekly Workouts: 5

Average daily workout completion time: 60-75 Minutes

    • Chest and Tricep
  • Day 2

    • Back and Bicep
  • Day 3

    • Legs (quad dominant)
  • Day 4

    • Upper body push and pull (frontal plane dominant)
  • Day 5

    • Legs (glute and hamstring dominant)
